Temple Broadband Survey

Hello Temple Residents,

The Broadband Subcommittee (part of the Temple Community Planning Committee) is working to ensure that every household in Temple has access to broadband internet. This is an especially important topic while we are staying at home.

Kindly answer a few questions to help us understand your internet needs and what kind of service you currently have. Your responses will only be used for assessing broadband needs in Temple, and individual responses will not be shared.

We will collect responses through Friday, May 1, 2020.

You only need to fill out this survey once per household.

Alternatively, you can print the survey here and return it to the Mansfield Library outdoor drop box by May 1st.
