A drop box will also be available during normal working hours at the office should you wish to drop off any paperwork. Please place in an envelope addressed to Board Assistant. Effective March 20, 2020 the Town Clerk and Tax Collector’s Office will be closed to the public. We will be maintaining our regular office hours except that the Town Clerk can not have Saturday hours. Our procedures are changing so that we may safely handle your registration, vital records, dog licensing, and tax payment needs. We ask that you call with any questions.
Renewal motor vehicle registrations should be mailed with the renewal notice that you received from the Town Clerk.
Dog license renewals should also be mailed. If your dog has recently been vaccinated for rabies, please mail a copy of the rabies certificate with your payment, and include self-addressed stamped envelope. Dog Licenses are due by April 30th. Fees: $6.50 for spayed or neutered dogs, $9 for unaltered dogs ($2.00 for first dog for senior owners, regular fees apply to additional dogs)
The 2019 Tax Lien will proceed as normal. Further information regarding payment procedures will be mailed during the week of March 23rd, to any taxpayers that will be affected.
